Fox's "The X Factor" Season 3 Premiere Party
New “X Factor” judge Kelly Rowland sings the praises of variety when it comes to exercise.
The Grammy Award-winning multiplatinum recording artist and former Destiny’s Child member has three favorite workouts at the moment: “I do boxing and Pilates and cardio-sculpting,” she said. “I like to switch everything up a lot just to be able to shock the body.”
Part two of the season three premiere of “The X Factor” airs at 8 p.m. Thursday on WFLD-Ch. 32.
