Rockit Bar & Grill, 22 W. Hubbard, kicks off summer with a series of burgers with a twist. Specialty burgers will be available beginning Monday with the tuna burger with radish sprouts and wasabi mayo served on a whole wheat bun with sweet potato fries. All three RA Sushi locations will donate 100 percent of sales from select food and beverage items to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during Nicky's Week, which runs through Saturday. The fund-raiser is in memory of Nicholas "Nicky" Mailliard, nephew of RA Sushi co-founder Rich Howland, who died in 2005 from brain cancer; details at rasushi.com.
