You can go to the Berghoff Oktoberfest and remain true to your gluten-free diet.
New to this year’s menu is the Hessian beef-paprika stew with caraway, which is gluten-free. Carlyn Berghoff, CEO of Berghoff Catering and Restaurant Group, took her entire family gluten-free after daughter Sarah was diagnosed with celiac disease. (Read the story at suntimes.com)
The 28th annual Berghoff Oktoberfest continues through 9 p.m. Friday. Food, music and more; admission is free.
