NO-BAKE LIME BARS

MAKES 9 bars
6 low-fat honey graham cracker squares (½ cup), finely crushed 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 teaspoon sugar 1 (4-serving size) box sugar-free lime-flavored gelatin ¾ cup boiling water 1 (16-ounce container) fat-free cottage cheese 1 (8-ounce package) fat-free cream cheese, softened 1 (8-ounce container) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed Lime wedges (optional)
In large bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. In blender or food processor, place cottage cheese and cream cheese. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth, stopping to scrape sides as needed. Stir ½ cup of cottage cheese mixture into gelatin with whisk. Stir in remaining cottage cheese mixture until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon filling over chilled crumb crust. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours until filling is firm or up to 24 hours. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows. If desired, garnish bars with lime wedges.
