DARK CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY FONDUE

MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS

12 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped

¼ cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons raspberry liqueur

Combine dark chocolate and cream in top of double boiler set over simmering water.

Heat until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly, or combine chocolate and cream in microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30 to 45 seconds. Be careful not to let chocolate burn. Pour into warm fondue pot. Drizzle with liqueur. Keep fondue warm over low heat.
