YIN & YANG CHOCOLATE FONDUE

MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS

4 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped

4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped

1 piece each of dark and white chocolate, for garnish

Melt dark chocolate in top of double boiler set over simmering water, stirring constantly, or place dark chocolate in microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30 to 45 seconds. Be careful not to let chocolate burn.

In separate double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, repeat procedure with white chocolate. Pour both chocolates simultaneously into warm fondue pot. Rotate pot one-quarter turn to produce the yin-and-yang effect. Garnish white chocolate with piece of dark chocolate and dark chocolate with piece of white chocolate. Keep fondue warm over low heat.
