BLUEBERRY-GREEN SMOOTHIE

MAKES ABOUT 4 CUPS
1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup almond milk (or soy, rice or hemp milk) 1 handful spinach (or kale or karela/bitter melon) 1 banana, peeled and sliced 2 tablespoons flax seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 4 almonds (preferably soaked 1 cup water (or coconut water or juice) 2 heaping cups of ice
overnight)
At last minute, add ice and blend again until smooth. Serve immediately.
Leftovers can be refrigerated but tend to keep for only a day.
