What to drink with your Easter SPAM -- or ham?

A new online pairing tool can tell you just the thing.

The pairing tool, at www.Natal ieMacLean.com, contains literally thousands of potential food and beverage matches. The site is run by Canadian wine expert and James Beard Award-winning author Natalie MacLean.

Amazingly, the matcher includes SPAM in its database.

Here are MacLean's suggestions for what to pour.
