INDIE BURGER VEGAN INDIE WRAP

MAKES 4 SERVINGS

4 chapatti breads

1 cup hummus

2 cups baby spinach

1 cup pico de gallo

8 tablespoons salsa verde

Re-toast chapatti: In a large lightly greased pan, lightly toast chapatti on outer side on medium-high heat for about 2 minutes or until chapatti starts turning light brown.

Spread hummus directly onto chapatti. Layer baby spinach on top of hummus, followed by pico de gallo and salsa verde. Roll chapatti like a burrito.
