MAKES 10 SERVINGS
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans ¼ cup thick-and-chunky salsa ¼ cup sour cream, divided 1 tablespoon lime juice ½ teaspoon ground cumin 1 medium clove garlic, finely chopped ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup finely chopped seeded tomato
1 lime slice, for garnish 30 tortilla chips
Transfer mixture to shallow serving bowl. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes evenly over bean mixture. Top with dollops of remaining 2 tablespoons sour cream; sprinkle with cilantro. Garnish with lime slice. Serve with chips.
Note: Substitute fat-free fried beans, low-fat sour cream and baked tortilla chips for a healthier version.
