Partygoers were clearly feeling bubbly as they clinked their glasses and sipped champagne in support of breast cancer prevention at the 10th annual Tasting Stars benefit. The fund-raiser reached new heights inside the penthouse of DIRRT Environmental Solutions at 325 N. Wells, an eco-friendly showroom overlooking the Chicago River. Pops for Champagne provided the effervescence, and presenting sponsor Fifth Third Bank provided the purpose: The party was co-chaired by Senior Vice President Kassie Jones, a cancer survivor. The evening, which attracted 250 guests, benefitted the Silver Lining Foundation, and the $42,000 raised that night will allow 165 uninsured women to receive mammograms, ultrasounds and biopsies.
