A workout option for new moms

If you’re a new mom who wants to work out but has no one to watch the baby, this one’s for you.
Equinox trainer Tonya Dugger — with 8-month-old daughter Mia in tow — will lead Push Your Limits, a stroller fitness class starting Oct. 2 and continuing every Wednesday in October. The 60-minute class, held outdoors, will feature strength and cardio moves. It will begin at 10:30 a.m., kicking off from Equinox Lincoln Park, 1750 N. Clark.
The class is free for members; $10 for nonmembers. Participants must register; sign up by emailing Brittany Siegler at firstname.lastname@example.org.
