PAWS Chicago's 12th Annual Run for Their Lives 8k Run/4K Walk. If your pet cannot join you, bring a photo and a PAWS Chicago volunteer will make a button for you to wear. First through third place male and female 8K runners will each win $250, $100 and $50 respectively. Top three winners in each age group will also receive awards. Participants will receive a T-shirt and enjoy complimentary food, beverages and freebies at booths hosted by the sponsors. Prizes will be awarded to three winners of the Howl-o-ween costume contest, a dog and owner dress-up competition! The Canine Carnival will include an agility course hosted by K-9 University, pet massages, an animal communicator and more.
