Graham Elliot back at Lolla’s Chow Town

For the fourth year, Chicago’s Graham Elliot of “MasterChef” fame will be at the helm of Lollapalooza’s Chow Town.

Elliot, who has three popular Chicago restaurants, will have his Grahamwich once again participating at Chow Town.

Adding to the star power will be “Iron Chef” Jose Garces (Mercat a la Planxa), Suzy Singh of “Master Chef” fame (Suzy’s Samosas food truck) and Michelin Star Chef Frank Brunacci (formerly of Sixteen; now Chef’s Diamond online truffle store, but by the end of the year, look for his own restaurant).

More than two dozen Chicago restaurants will be participating; among them Smoke Daddy, Kuma’s Corner, BJ’s Market and Robinson’s No. 1 Ribs.

Helping to keep Lolla fans cool will be the Original Rainbow Cone, Windsor’s Ice Cream Shoppe, Best Lemonade and Peeled, which will be serving up organic orange juice drinks.

The Lolla Farmers Market is returning, and participating there will be Seedling, Tiny Greens Organic Farm, River Valley Kitchens, Brunkow Cheese, Rock ‘n Roll Noodle Company, New this year is Puffs of Doom, sweet and savory artisinal cream puffs Chicagoans may know from its food trucks and carts.

Lollapalooza is Aug. 3-6 in Grant Park.
