Father’s Day requests for summer-perfect special cocktails (from D.E. of Chicago) and Cincinnati Chili (from J.A.W. of Evanston) are answered with recipes for Solerno Smash from Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, Floradora from Hendrick’s Gin, Homeward Bound and Back Yard Tea from Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, and Quick Cincinnati Chili from Sheila Rollhauser of Park Ridge.
If you’re making cocktails for a crowd — while reminding them, as Swap Shop does, to drink responsibly — substitute cups for the word “parts (or jiggers)” in the recipes for 1 cocktail.
Homeward Bound — made with lemonade — and Back Yard Tea — made with iced tea and lemonade — are perfect for crowds.
To make a Homeward Bound cocktail: Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 2 parts (2 jiggers) Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and 4 parts (4 jiggers) fresh lemonade. Quickly mix with a stirrer. Squeeze 1 lemon wedge and drop it into glass.
To make a Back Yard Tea cocktail: Fill a highball glass with ice, add 2 parts (2 jiggers) Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, 1 part black iced tea (sweetened and cooled before mixed), and 2 parts fresh lemonade. Quickly mix with a stirrer. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Can someone give me the secret recipe to making clear iced tea? Mine always comes out looking cloudy and muddy.

I would appreciate a really good recipe for homemade Caesar dressing — preferably one that doesn’t include anchovies.
Does a reader have the Bisquick recipe for a tuna-broccoli casserole?
