Wacker, salutes his mom by offering some of her special dishes during a Mother's Day brunch, including her caviar pie -- egg salad and creme fraiche topped with oscietra caviar. Bobtail Ice Cream Co., 2951 N. Broadway, Chicago, and 1114 Central, Wilmette, has kicked off a contest to create its newest flavor. "Flavor ballots" will be accepted through June 1 at both shops. The winner, to be decided July 12, gets a free cake or pie with the featured flavor and a free scoop weekly from July 28 to Dec. 1.
