Looking for something a bit more sophisticated than beer to wash that burger down? The restaurant has paired wines with variations of its popular prime sirloin burger, $19.78. Pairing suggestions include a heavy tannic wine such as Cannubi Vineyard's Marchesi di Barolo, Piedmont with its blue cheese, bacon, grilled onion and mayonnaise variety and a spicy more peppery varietal such as M. Chapoutier, La Bernadine, Chateauneuf-du-Pape with its Cheddar cheese, raw onion, lettuce and mustard burger.

The $19.78 burger is available on Sundays only. Guests should ask servers about the pairings. The wines are additional and vary in price per glass.

Through September, a $5 donation from each burger and French fries entree ordered will go to the Make -A-Wish Foundation. Details: www.mortons.com.
