Thrill of the grill

Chef Mark Hannon and pastry chef Jeffrey Sills of Quince, 1625 Hinman, Evanston, offer a three-course summer grilling hands-on summer grilling class at 10 a.m. Thursday; $75.

Smith & Wollensky, 318 N. State, celebrates lobster with a trio of specials during July, $55.
