Kevin Hart charged with DUI

Comedian Kevin Hart was arrested early Sunday and charged with a DUI, after California Highway Patrol officers spotted him driving his Mercedes erratically at up to 90 miles per hour and nearly colliding with a gas tanker truck. The comic was released after posting bond. — B.Z.
