Lil Wayne warned about ‘Sizzurp’

A source close to Lil Wayne’s inner circle claims the rapper has been strongly warned to avoid using the codeine-laced concoction popularly known as “Sizzurp” — reportedly linked to his emergency hospitalization last week. Lil Wayne has now been released to home care. — B.Z.
