Kim Kardashian tweeted this photo showing her “Vampire Facial” on “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.” The procedure involves drawing one’s own blood and having the platelets spun and then injected on the face — supposedly to create a more youthful look. Yuck! — B.Z.
