Jamie Lynn Spears announced her engagement to longtime beau J ames Watson via Twitter on Saturday — boosted by Instagram photos of the happy couple and Spears’ big diamond ring. It’s the first marriage for Britney’s sister. She has a daughter, Maddie, from a previous relationship. — B.Z.
