... Sounds like it’s Universal Pictures, which deadline.com reports is fast-tracking a “Kojak” film, starring chrome-domed Vin Diesel as the title character made famous by Telly Savalas in the 1973-78 TV series. “Skyfall” writers Neal Purvis and Robert Wade will pen the script. — B.Z.
