Barbara Walters made it clear on “The View” Monday she believes Lindsay Lohan backed out of a “20/20” interview — but not “The Tonight Show” — because the actress expects Jay Leno won’t grill her about her troubled personal life. The Leno-Lohan chat airs next week.
