James Bond writer, director reteam on TV series

Ex-Chicagoan, Tony winner and three-time Oscar nominee John Logan, who co-wrote the new 007 film “Skyfall,” is teaming up with that movie’s director, Sam Mendes, to write their first TV series— a vampire-chasing drama, now being pitched to cable outlets. — B.Z.
