Chef Mark Pollard’s four-course “Spring Strawberries Prix Fixe” menu, available through May 31, includes foie gras pate, strawberry-rhubarb compote, lavender salt and brioche; strawberry and leek salad with crispy ham, dry Jack cheese and almond vinaigrette; fried quail hominy with thyme jus and strawberry gastrique; and strawberry coupe ice cream sorbet, coulis with milk chocolate; $48. The restaurant’s coveted “Table 70,” located in an intimate brick-lined, red velvet-curtained room above the main dining room, now offers a prix fixe menu priced at $55 per person.
