Jack Osborne, the former rebellious teen on the MTV reality show “The Osbornes,” has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

Osborne, 26, learned of his diagnosis shortly after the birth of his first child, Pearl Clementine, with his fiancée Lisa Stelly. The son of the Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy and “America’s Got Talent” judge Sharon Osborne, told People magazine that he now faces fighting the autoimmune disease.

“I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, ‘Why now?’” Osbourne told People. “I’ve got a family and that’s what’s supposed to be the most important thing.”

The disease attacks the central nervous system and spinal cord — and can affect muscle control, vision and balance. There is no known cure.

The 2002 reality show chronicled the family’s daily lives, especially his arguments with his older sister Kelly. He later starred on his own show “Adrenline Junkie” traveling the world competiting in extreme sports.
