Donald Driver wins the mirrorball on ‘Dancing With the Stars’

Donald Driver is bringing the mirrorball trophy to Titletown USA.
The Green Bay Packers Super Bowl champ rose to the top of the most competitive field yet Tuesday when he won season 14’s “Dancing With the Stars.”
Driver broke out the big guns for his final routine, dancing a shirtless cha cha — the same dance that he fumbled at the start of the season. “You peaked at the right time,” judge Bruno Tonioli raved.
Fellow finalists William Levy and Katherine Jenkins — a consistent front-runner — didn’t make it easy on him, both raking in perfect scores Tuesday.
But those points, along with viewer votes, weren’t enough to keep the lovable Driver from securing a win with partner Peta Murgatroyd, the first dancer to be sent home last season.
