Wesley Snipes released from prison

Wesley Snipes is out of prison and in home confinement. A Pennsylvania corrections spokeswoman said the actor was released Tuesday from a federal prison there and now will be overseen by the New York Community Corrections Office. Snipes was convicted in 2008 on tax charges. —AP
