Justin Bieber has four weeks to produce the proper paperwork and pick up his pet monkey Mally, or it will be placed in permanent care, says the shelter housing the animal. Customs agents at Munich’s airport seized the 14-week-old capuchin when Bieber landed there Thursday. —AP
