Hockey agent gets his shot at McCarthy

South Side native Jenny McCarthy, who split with Jim Carrey last spring — and already has moved on from a later fling with Vegas performer Jason Toohey — has another new man in her life: Paul Krepelka.

The pro hockey sports agent told the London Daily Mail that he and the actress are “taking things slow and keeping it low key.”

A source close to McCarthy said Sunday, “While Jenny would have preferred a ‘no comment’ from Paul, at least he stressed they are just in the beginning stages of a casual relationship.”

McCarthy, whose brother-in-law Dan Hinote is an ex-NHL player who skated for St. Louis and Colorado, is a “total hockey fan, so [she and Krepelka] have that in common,” the insider said.
