Glen Ellyn native Sean Hayes — the Emmy-winning actor from “Will & Grace” — could soon be back on NBC. The network has OK’d a pilot for a sitcom starring Hayes as the father of a 14-year-old daughter who recently has moved in with him. He’s also handling a tough boss at work. — B.Z.
