Olympic skating medalist Michelle Kwan wed Coast Guard Lt. Clay Pell, the grandson of the late U.S. Sen. Claiborne Pell, in Providence, R.I., on Saturday. Kwan is a public policy envoy with the State Department in Washington, where her husband is on the White House security staff. — B.Z.
