Police sources quoted by TMZ and other outlets claim it was Gabriel Aubry who threw the first punches in his losing Thanksgiving fight with Halle Berry’s fiancé Olivier Martinez — part of that long custody battle involving Aubry and Berry’s daughter Nahla.
