Simon Cowell and Carmen Electra have had a couple of seemingly romantic dinners in Los Angeles recently. Coming after their heavy flirting while Electra judged with Cowell on “Britain’s Got Talent” earlier this year, rumors are flying the duo is dating. Stay tuned.
