One of the highlights so far of Conan O’Brien’s four-night residency at the Chicago Theatre has been the unveiling of his generous gift to the city: a 17-foot, painstakingly crafted bobblehead of himself. But where should it reside?
Throughout the week, the clown prince of TBS late night is asking for suggestions at teamcoco.com/cocobobble and via Twitter (hashtag #cocobobble). Here are some locations folks have come up with so far.
† On top of Willis Tower.
† At Lollapalooza.
† In place of the recently removed Marilyn Monroe statue off Michigan Avenue. (This one’s pretty popular.)
† At police headquarters.
† Just off Navy Pier “at the bottom of Lake Michigan.”
† Guiding planes in on the tarmac at Midway airport.
† Outside Wrigley Field, between the statues of Ron Santo and Billy Williams.
† The White Castle parking lot in Hyde Park.
† In place of a lighthouse on the lakeshore.
† “On my fourth wife!”
