A member of the cayenne family, the Mexican-grown peppers pack a mean burn -- and are almost exclusively "a Chicago delight," according to Vienna Beef President Howard Eirinberg. "Nobody else puts them on," he said. Vienna describes its five-calorie peppers as "medium-hot, naturally bite-sized and packed in a seasoned brine to ensure the right amount of spicy crunch."
