Rocky /RAHCK ee/ n. In Philadelphia and around the country, the name "Rocky" conjures Rocky Balboa. But in Chicago, we've got our own "Rocky" now: William Rockwell "Rocky" Wirtz, the Blackhawks' chairman who has led the revival of the team after the 2007 death of his father, Bill Wirtz.
