Chicago Time/ shh CAW go tyme/ n./ The time zone that includes much of the Midwest and a good chunk of the South. When visiting Michigan, Eastern Time is referred to as "Michigan Time" -- even if Eastern Time is being ignored in favor of Chicago Time.
