Comment: Feds raided Tampa office in October.

Company: Time Warner Cable (TWC), cable TV systems.

Close to date: $27.29, down 33.8%

Comment: Likely spinoff by Time Warner

Company: Atheros Communications (ATHR), chips for computers, phones.

Close to date: $31.10, up 45.9%

Comment: Investing in GPS.

Company: Teradata (TDC), data management software.

Close to date: $27.50, up 6.2%

Comment: Spun off from NCR.
