US Airways to charge to check second bag

US Airways Group Inc. said Tuesday it will start charging passengers $25 to check in a second bag, following a similar policy change recently made by United Airlines. The new charge will begin May 5. Under the new US Airways program, passengers will get one checked bag free plus their carry-on bags.
