Chicago-based Echo Global Logistics Inc. is suing the former owners of a transportation brokerage company it purchased last summer, claiming they misrepresented the company’s revenue, profits and other financial figures, according to a report.
Crain’s Chicago Business said Echo, a logistics, transportation and supply chain management company, filed the fraud and breach of contract lawsuit in January against the former owners of Shipper Direct Logistics, based in Nashville.
