Motorola Solutions CEO Brown to lead chief executives’ immigration reform efforts

Business Roundtable today named Motorola Solutions Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Greg Brown chair of its Select Committee on Comprehensive Immigration Reform.
Brown will lead the roundtables’ CEOs in its efforts to reform U.S. immigration laws.
President Barack Obama will outline his immigration reform plan in Las Vegas at 1:55 p.m. Chicago time.
“Business Roundtable CEOs, who lead major companies that operate in every sector of the economy, believe that our country needs a sensible, modern immigration system that enables talent from around the world to contribute to the domestic workforce,” Brown said in a statement. “The current immigration system simply does not serve America’s economic, security and national interests.”
