The National Weather Service in Romeoville provided the following estimates Thursday of snowfall in Fox Valley communities in the Tuesday-Wednesday storm.
An NWS meteorologist, however, cautioned there may be some inaccuracy due to the blowing and drifting conditions.
North Aurora — 19 inches
Elburn — 18.5 inches
Geneva — 15.6 inches
Batavia — 15.4 inches
Montgomery — 14.5 inches
Aurora — 14 inches
Yorkville — 14 inches
Sugar Grove — 13.5 inches
Batavia — 11.7 inches
