Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski issued an apology for pictures he took last week with a porn star wearing his jersey.

How do NFL players spend their bye week? Well, if you’re Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, how else? With a porn star.
Gronkowski spent some quality time with adult film star Bibi Jones last week, as documented on both of their Twitter accounts. From the look of the pictures, we don’t think they were playing “Madden 12” or breaking down game film.
While some might have found the photos of the couple to be fun and playful, Pats owner Robert Kraft did not.
After a chat with Kraft, the second-year player issued this apology: “I didn’t intend anything to hurt the reputation of anyone on the New England Patriots or on behalf of Robert Kraft. It was just a simple picture and that’s all.”
