Updated: November 9, 2011 4:03PM

An art and shop teacher at a Lincoln Park school allegedly used his iPhone to take pictures underneath a woman’s skirt Sunday night at an art festival in the Wicker Park neighborhood, police said.

Jeremy Lee, 35, of the 1400 block of West Chicago, was arrested in the 1800 block of W. Division during the Renegade Craft Fair, police said.

A security video set up at the festival on Division Street allegedly captured Lee using his iPhone to take a video recording of a woman under her skirt, according to police. He allegedly used an umbrella to disguise what he was doing.

The victim signed complaints and Lee, who told police he was an art teacher at Francis W. Parker School, was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of video recording a person’s body without their consent.

A representative for the school did not return calls.
