Rod Blagojevich’s famous hair is likely safe from severe shearing in federal prison, but if the 54-year-old ever needs hair dye, forget it.
A federal prison manual says there’s no limit on hair length “as long as it is neat and clean.”
But most, if not all, prison commissaries do not stock hair-color products for inmates, nor can inmates accept any Grecian Formula or other hair-coloring mixtures from visitors, said Traci Billingsley, a spokeswoman for the federal Bureau of Prisons.
