Is Jay Cutler going to get hitched to his reality star fiancee in Chicago?
That would make the most sense, the future Mrs. Cutler — Kristin Cavallari — tells Us Weekly.
“My mom and that whole side of the family is there, and Jay obviously lives there,” she said. “I think that makes the most sense.”
The Bears QB popped the question over the Easter weekend, and the 24-year-old former “Hills” star has been sporting a fancy ring in public ever since.
“I kind of knew it was coming,” Cavallari told Us Weekly Tuesday. “But I was definitely very surprised.”
Cavallari also told Us Weekly that after being set up with Cutler, 27, through reality star and E! News host Giuliana Rancic, she knew “right away” that Cutler was The One.
“I think that we both knew right away that it was very different and very special,” she said.
But she’s not dishing on how exactly Cutler asked The Question.
“I don’t want to say, but it was very romantic and very sweet,” she said.
Cutler did his homework, though.
“He went and asked my dad, which was really sweet, and my dad really appreciated that!” Cavallari told Us Weekly. “My parents couldn’t be happier. They love him, and his family is excited, so it’s great.”
As for the wedding plans, she told Us Weekly: “I’ve been ripping out things from magazines, and I had just made a wedding binder, but that’s as far as I’ve gotten.”
And the date? “Because of the football season, it would have to be in the next couple months or next spring, so probably next spring.”
