Travel + Leisure has discovered what most Chicagoans already knew: The view from the Hancock is one of the best you’ll find. Even before the new Tilt! attraction opened up, the view from 360 Chicago – what used to be the John Hancock Observatory – was a must-see for townies and tourists alike.
