The unfortunate baring started innocently enough.
Bears receiver Brandon Marshall posted a picture on his Twitter account of a package from his alma mater, the University of Central Florida.
“What a nice treat this morning,” he wrote.
He opened it and asked a teammate to take a picture of him sporting his new gray UCF shirt.
Only one problem: Behind him in the Bears’ locker room was a teammate, his head turned away, in the midst of undress — with his bottom exposed.
Marshall later removed the photo from his Twitter timeline, although the website Deadspin posted it.
“Sorry about my guy in the back getting dressed in that photo,” Marshall wrote on Twitter.
Some of his followers had fun at his expense, with one apparently connected to Central Florida noting, “You might want to crop that picture.”
